100 Days with Mr. Arrogant

Naesarang Ssagaji (100 Days with Mr. Arrogant) I was really not a fan of korean movies before but after watching 200 pound beauty and My Wife is a gangster. I was starting to love em.  I watched this film yesterday and find it kind of applicable to me so I was able to empathize with the girl in the movie. The movie was fun and heart warming.  Synopsis : Ha-Young ( Ha Ji-Won ) is a high school student who was just dumped by her boyfriend right before their 100th day anniversay. While walking home, upset and frustrated, Ha-Young kicks a can that ends up hitting Hyung-Joon ( Kim Jae Won ) in the face as he is driving his expensive car and it ends up running into a wall and getting scratched. Hyung-Joon demands her to pay him back, but she ends up running away..but of course, she dropped her wallet! Hyung-Joon ends tracking her down the poor high school student and writes up an “Enslavement Agreement’ that allows Ha-Young to payback for the damages through 100 days of doin

Training and Development vs Operations Production

Training and Development vs Operations Working in the BPO industry has its pros and cons. It's how you position yourself that makes everything work. I am fortunate enough to experience a lot in the corporate world in such a young age. Let me go ahead and share my journey: Von as a Trainee: 2009 - I was accidenatally employed in one of the top growing BPO in iloilo. I told myself "why not, it's a decent job! I dont want to be a bum anymore". I never really excelled while in school so this is a new way for me to test my capabilities and intellect. I always topped our training assessments and call simulations. I didnt have any experience with customer service at all (My mom and dad worked for PLDT for 25 years and I never really asked how they performed im their jobs) all I had was my good communication and comprehension skills. After 2 months in training, I ranked #8 out of 565 trainees. 2011 Q1- After resigning from my previous company (after 2 years of sta

Love 101

Love. A very big and overused word nowadays. Nobody really understands how it goes anymore. How It starts or ends. Here are a few things about love based on my previous experiences: Love at first sight Nurtured love Accidentally in love Let's start off with the 3rd one. Accidentally in love - I met this guy at work a few years back. Very nice, an orphan, well mannered and a street smart. He's quite slim and his height was around 5"6'. Everybody thought he's straight including me. He was idolized by most of his friends because of his perspective in life. He's funny too but corny most of the time which actually makes him cute. We became close and inseparable over time. In short, we became best of friends. Every weekend. He'd sleep over my place and we'd just have lots of fun before going to be like watching scary movies and just talk and make fun about what we've observed with our peers at work. Till that night happened. I was asleep and h

The Guy with the Blue Jeans Part 1

It was a cold winter night. Jasper decided to take a walk down the streets near his manor to unwind after a stressful week at the office. He was still thinking about how he got disappointed after the big presentation that made with the big boss and didn't even get a simple "good job". He's 29 and gay, living alone at a big manor with no pets nor a lover to be with. He started working at 16 when his parents died in a car crash. He has no relatives to rely on, so he worked and studied at the same time. He made sure that he gets through with college to secure a diploma with good grades to make his resume top others when he applies for a job. He got into an advertising company at 21, got promoted to an executive assistant at 22 and now he's the regional manager of Winter Dreams Advertising Inc. After a few blocks of walking and relaxing his mind, he decided to grab a bottle of beer at a club just a few blocks away from his manor. He stayed for a bit to
